Our programs
At Rock Hard Wrestling, we believe that wrestling is more than just a sport; it's a life skill. Our programs are designed to teach kids discipline, respect, and perseverance, while also providing them with a great workout and a lot of fun.
DIVISION 1&2(BORN 2018-2021)
Our introductory program focuses on basic wrestling techniques, coordination, and having fun. We emphasize a supportive and non-competitive environment for our youngest wrestlers.
DIVISION 3-4 (BORN 2013-2017)
This program builds upon the fundamentals, introducing more advanced techniques and strategies. We encourage friendly competition and teamwork.
Why choose rock hard wrestling?
Rock Hard Wrestling offers a unique experience compared to other sports and activities. We focus on individual growth, discipline, and building character. Our tournaments in the San Luis Valley area provide exciting opportunities for competition and skill development. Any child can thrive in our programs, and we address parents' concerns by making tournament participation optional.
